Enter your account number and your e-mail address listed with City Plumbing on the registration page and, if it matches our records, you will be invited to complete the registration form. Once you have completed the registration form click "Register", that's it! you're registered!

If you have forgotten your password, Please click the ‘forgotten password’ button on the login page to reset your password. Once you have entered your username and clicked the reset password button, an email will be sent to your registered email address containing a unique password reset link. Click on the link to input your new password.

For your security all passwords are encrypted so you will need to reset your password if you have forgotten it.


Your Username the e-mail address you used to register your account, unless you used your social media information to log in.

If you hold a Trade Cash Card or Trade Account with us, you simply need to register your account details on the Register page. If you do not hold an account with us, why not pop into one of our 250 Showrooms and chat to your local Showroom Team about opening an account with us?

Joining Showroom Rewards allows you to earn points on your customers and your own spend with The Bathroom Showroom. These points can be redeemed in exchange for our amazing range of rewards which include, Experience Days, Technology Items and Gift Cards. You will receive 500 points just for registering your account! On top of this you will receive access to an exclusive range of discounts with top high street brands, additional promotions to help you earn extra points and the chance to win our Monthly Prize Draw.

As a My Rewards member you earn points every time your customers make a purchase from the Bathroom Brochure and Tiles Brochure. You will earn 4 points for every £1 that your customer spends on qualifying products.

As a Partner Rewards Member you will still earn 4 points for every £1 that your customers spend on any qualifying products AND you will also earn 2 points on every £1 that you spend through your account on qualifying products.


Upon joining Showroom Rewards simply spend an average of £1,000 per month (ex VAT) to become a Partner Rewards member (a minimum qualifying spend of £3,000 is required in the first 3 months of the programme).

No, if you have hit the necessary average monthly spend you will move up to Partner Rewards as the next day.

Yes, provided the purchase is from the Bathroom Brochure or Tiles Brochure, you can earn points regardless of which Showroom you or your customers make the purchase from.

No, we have removed any requirement for minimum spend, making it easier than ever to earn points!

There are a wide range of rewards you can choose to redeem your points on from technology items including TVs and home cinema systems, headphones and apple products; Experience days including supercar driving days, activities and short breaks and Gift Cards including John Lewis, Argos and Love2Shop. There are loads more for you to choose from, just click on ‘Rewards’ in the menu bar and select your preferred category.
